pimaleasing logoPima Leasing & Financing Corporation (PLFC) manages the Community's trust land resources and promotes self-sufficiency by provide financing for community-owned enterprises. Further, PLFC shall assist Community members in the formation of businesses within the Community to provide employment opportunities for Community members and revenue for the Gila River Indian Community. PLFC shall manage the trust land resources to maximize their benefit to the Community in line with all cultural and environmental tenets. PLFC will ensure leases are current as to term, purpose and financial consideration.

It consists of 5 Divisions: Administrative Support, Tribal Developmental Services, Natural and Cultural Resources, Public Safety and Executive.     TERO is a department that assists with employment opportunities both full time and temporary for all Natives residing within the Community. TERO works closely with all employers and contractors throughout the Community to assure that they are in compliance with the Gila River Indian Community Ordinance's, Title 12 Employment & Labor and Title 13 Business License. TERO is also a department that assists clints with soft skills, training in OSHA, glagging, interview mock sessions and assistance in finding outreach programs to assist our clients needs.
