  • Provide diabetes education
  • Help reduce incidence of diabetes

Support other Health Resource Center DivisionsProvide general health education on topics identified by the community

The Community Health Education Program is part of the Gila River Health Resource Department and has two office located in the District.3 Sacaton and District.6 Komatke.

The CHE provides health education in all of the six districts in the Community to the youth, adult, and elderly population.
