Commodity Food Distribution Disclosure

In accordance with Federal civil rights law and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) civil rights regulations and policies, the USDA, its Agencies, offices, and employees, and institutions participating in or administering USDA programs are prohibited from discriminating based on race, color, national origin, sex, religious creed, disability, age, political beliefs, or reprisal or retaliation for prior civil rights activity in any program or activity conducted or funded by USDA.
Persons with disabilities who require alternative means of communication for program information (e.g. Braille, large print, audiotape, American Sign Language, etc.), should contact the Agency (State or local) where they applied for benefits.  Individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing or have speech disabilities may contact USDA through the Federal Relay Service at (800) 877-8339.  Additionally, program information may be made available in languages other than English.
To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at:, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form. To request a copy of the complaint form, call (866) 632-9992.  Submit your completed form or letter to USDA by:

Here are the Monthly Income Guidelines for the Commodity Food Distribution Program:

Each Additional member + $347


If you are eligible, we can help. We deduct 20% of earned gross income, Total dependent care cost, Medicare Part B & D, Child Support paid, and Utility and/or Shelter Expenses.


For example: Household of 2, total monthly gross income (before taxes) is $1800 X 20% = $360- $1800= $1440.  Income for a household of 2 qualifies.


Additional Information Needed:
• Check stubs for the last 30 days (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly).
• Identification for Head of Household and a Tribal ID from a federally recognized tribe for at least one household member.
• Proof of Residency and Utility Bills AND/OR Shelter Expenses.
• If you receive any Unearned Income such as Social Security, SSI, GA, TANF, Pension, Retirement, VA Benefits, Worker’s Compensation, Leases, Scholarships, Student Loans, Alimony, Child Support, or Per Capita, we will need a copy of all award letters of benefits received annually.


Reminder: You may not be enrolled in Commodity Food Distribution Program and Food Stamps (SNAP) within the same month or have a pending application.



Emergency Food Box Program

In addition to our Commodity Food Program, we offer food boxes to families and individuals in need of emergency assistance on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 2pm-3pm. We have limited food boxes and require identification for pick up.
